| Job Description: |
- Hi we are a small taxi company, based in the East of England, a day to day business is supplyining taxis and minibus as a service to people within our locality, we do cater for the corporate audience and conduct many airport transfers and well as work which is contracted to local borough councils.
- We are looking for initially for either one person to start with and then growing to two or three, to answer customers phone calls and to take bookings and to dispatch vehicles using our state of the art sofware.
- We are looking for people who have a good spoken English language and excellent customer service skills and experience in the similar field,.
- People who can multi task and balance dispatch times and booking times without expecting customers to wait a unnecessary length of time.
- Full training will be given and initially. our company is relatively small compared to most taxi companies and we specialize in airport transfers, as well as our regular and local customer base.
