| Job Description: |
The main purpose of the job is to provide backend application support to all users.
Candidate should have 3 to 4 years of hands on experience with sound knowledge of ERP and PL-SQL.
Core Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the analysis of new/existing product according to business practices and documentation.
- Responsible for helpdesk calls support and patch updating in application from vendor.
- Responsible for application user trainings and provide them assistance time to time.
- Responsible for testing of new/existing product in ERP system with respect to business practices.
- To provide assistance in implementing multiple modules.
